Luscious Houses

A.P.E Gallery, my favorite alternative art space in the region, has invited me and several other artists who have exhibited in their space over the last 35+ years to create small pieces (6") for Microworks. (opening Friday, Dec. 18th, 5 - 8 PM) I accepted the challenge to create 6" 3D houses that are an extension of a woman's body. This had lead me down a path, of shrinking my work, while trying to grab attention and the same time. No easy task.

Here's a preview of some of the Lucious Houses. Do they get your attention?

The one I'm holding is slightly bigger (7") going to AIR gallery in NYC this month also. Looks can be deceiving.
